OUR STORY
The idea of creating a retirement community village emerged after I moved to Vancouver Island, affectionately known as the retirement capital of Canada. I was shocked to learn about the increasing aging population, severe bed shortages, and long wait times for essential services.
During the pandemic, it became painfully clear that many older adults faced isolation and loneliness, with nearly one in four seniors reporting these feelings. This crisis ignited a sense of responsibility within me; we were failing to provide our elders with a sense of belonging.
Thus, I envisioned a vibrant retirement community village—a sanctuary where seniors could thrive, connect, and engage in shared experiences. This space would not only address the loneliness exacerbated by the pandemic but also celebrate the wisdom and contributions of our elders.
Ultimately, this journey is about reshaping the narrative surrounding aging. It’s about ensuring our seniors are not just surviving but thriving—connected, engaged, and cherished in a community that truly feels like home.

Currently, Tracy volunteers her time connecting with seniors to understand what matters most to them. Her commitment to community service reflects her belief in uplifting all generations and ensuring everyone feels valued. Through her compassionate approach, Tracy continues to make a meaningful impact on those around her.
